The three days
What we cover, in order
3-day hands-on certification. Learn every step from moisture testing to metallic and flake systems, plus how to price and sell jobs.
Our flagship 3-day course is built for contractors who want to add epoxy flooring to their business, and for owners who want to do it right the first time. Minimal classroom time. Most of the day you are on the floor mixing, pouring and finishing real installs in our climate-controlled training warehouse with certified trainers giving one-on-one guidance.
Fundamentals
Moisture testing, moisture barriers, crack and joint repair, primers, equipment selection and estimating.
Chemical Properties
Epoxy, polyaspartic and urethane systems, when to use each, and how they behave on the floor.
Mixing & Application
Staging the job, mixing Part A & B, surface prep, roll-and-backroll, and self-leveling techniques.
Cove Base & Walls
Creating seamless wall-to-floor transitions with epoxy cove mortar.
Decorative Systems
Metallic, full-flake and glitter epoxy installs from base coat to topcoat.
Floor Decals & Logos
Embedding branding and safety markings into the floor.
Business Training
Website, advertising, lead generation and pricing so you leave ready to sell jobs.
Who teaches it
Trainers who sell the product and stand behind it
Our instructors are XPS-certified and work the counter at the supply store the other days of the week. They know which coatings fail on Iowa slabs and which ones do not, because customers tell them.
One-on-one on the floor
Under 30 students and two trainers means someone is watching your roller, not a slideshow.
Spanish-language dates
Every fourth class is taught fully in Spanish by a bilingual trainer.
Business day included
Pricing, contracts, finding customers and the ad copy that works in your market.
Support after class

Friday through Sunday in Clive, Iowa. Students travel in from across the country; hotels are minutes away. Every fourth class is in Spanish. First deposit holds the seat.

Questions
About the class
What are the hours?+
Friday through Sunday, 8:30 am to about 4:30 pm. Lunch is provided. Wear clothes you can ruin and closed-toe shoes.
How much of it is classroom?+
About two hours across the three days. The rest is on the floor. You grind, you mix, you pour.
Is the price all in?+
Yes. Materials, tools you use in class, PPE, lunch, the certificate and the bonuses. There is nothing to buy on the day.
Can I bring a partner or employee?+
Yes, each person needs a seat. Ask about the second-seat discount when you call.
What if the date I pick fills up?+
Your deposit moves you to the next open date at no cost. Classes run every two weeks.
Do I need my own equipment for the class?+
No. We supply grinders, vacuums and every tool. After class, most students rent or finance their first grinder and buy tooling from the store at contractor pricing.
